We worked closely with a family planning funder and advocacy group based in the midwest to develop a long term vision for the organization, update their mission, vision, and values, and managed their complete rebranding.
Facilitated a two day strategic leadership retreat for their board members and leadership to develop a 5 year “north star”
Coordinated a working group of board and staff members to update the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
Project managed the organization’s rebranding including selecting a marketing firm, overseeing timelines and budget, and assisting the organization through brand visioning and transition.

We supported a Texas based reproductive health organization through the transition of their senior communications staff and assisted them in finding, placing, and onboarding their new senior Communications Director.

We developed and delivered a customized training for 45 staff of a sexual health education agency in a southern state who were encountering negative backlash in rural areas of their conservative state.
Developed an engaging and interactive 2 hour training for staff that covered the topics of de-escalation, messaging, peer support, and how to avoid bad actors.
Delivered the training via zoom to all staff across the state
Helped the agency implement strategies to provide ongoing support for health educators
